The School Readiness Council identified issue areas affecting young children and their families in Manchester through informal interviews with Manchester residents and community leaders and compiled these issues, along with basic facts related to parents and families and group discussion questions. The Supporting Parents and Families work group came together to discuss the issues and possible solutions.
